Sabzi Kebab - Vegetable finely minced with special herbs and spices and roasted on a skewer in a Indian Clay Oven.

Chicken Tikka - Boneless chicken pieces roasted in tandoori oven.

Murg Pakora - Tandoori chicken piece battered and deep fried.

Fish Pakora - Boneless pieces of fresh fish marinated, battered and deep fried

Sheekh Kebab - Lamb minced, mixed with onions, herbs, spices and roasted on skewers.

Balti dishes are a speciality of Northern India, cooked to our own recipe with fresh spices and herbs. Served with Rice or Raita.
